Our Work

Driving sustainable change for an inclusive society.

This is an activist incubation program that focuses on disability issues, with the goal of fostering civil society support and preparing persons with disabilities as key actors in inclusive development.

Ride for Inclusion (RFI) is a cross-city travel agenda aimed at strengthening and connecting organizations of persons with disabilities, as well as enhancing their participation in the planning, implementation, and process of inclusive development.

This is a household-based survey designed to evaluate key factors related to assistive technology for persons with disabilities. Supported by the WHO and the Association of Health Services (ADINKES), the survey provides important insights into the availability, effectiveness, and accessibility of assistive technology, and helps policymakers, organizations, and service providers better meet these needs.

Series Training on Disability Inclusion & Sensitization

Disability sensitization is the process of raising awareness and understanding in society about disability-related issues, as well as the importance of creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for persons with disabilities.

Strengthening Civil Society Organizations

This program aims to enhance the capacity of civil society organizations in managing programs and activities with a disability-inclusive perspective, including the implementation of CBR (Community-Based Rehabilitation) and effective MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) systems, to ensure that programs run with transparency, accountability, and sustainable impact.

Inclusive Employment

We manage programs aimed at ensuring that persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups, such as female heads of households and caregivers, have access to the labor market in both the formal and informal sectors.
